How much time does this take per week?

On average 1-2 hours week. You get out what you put in, but this is designed to fit alongside a busy life or business.

No it is a hybrid community. Since members live all of the world their are online sessions. But at the heart there are the founder houses which are intimate 1-4 weeks retreats.
